Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you receive the wrong size, wrong product, or a defective item, we offer an exchange subject to product availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another agreed payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
- Used or worn items.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or defective item. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
