At Paradox, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide a smooth exchange process for our customers.

  • In case of a size issue, the article can be exchanged promptly.
  • Articles purchased with a discount of 25% or more are not eligible for exchange.
  • If there is any issue with the product, exchanges can be requested within 15 days of purchase.
  • Used articles will not be accepted for exchange under any circumstances.
  • For sale items, exchanges will only be accepted for valid reasons such as faulty or incorrect products delivered.
  • The first exchange will be processed free of cost; however, delivery charges will apply for any additional exchanges.
  • Please note that Paradox does not offer refunds on any orders.
